Type of Soccer Bets
There are a number of types of soccer bets. While the ones we will list below are some of the most common, sportsbooks can make available additional bets or opt not to make some of the following available.
Trixie Bet
This is a combination bet from a selection of three, i.e. it’s built from the three selections. One noticeable difference is that it does not include singles. It includes three Double Bets and one Treble bet. Instead of just betting three singles you give yourself some extra bets. To get some kind of return you need a minimum of two selections to win from your three.

Patent Bet
This is a bet that offers all possible combinations from a selection of three. In total it gives seven bets i.e. three single bets, three double bets, and a one treble bet. From just three winning selection you can get seven bets with a massive return.

Yankee Bet
This is a bet made from all possible combination of four selections. It does not include singles. Therefore, a total of eleven bets make up a Yankee bet. It includes 6 Doubles, 4 Trebles and a Fourfold accumulator. When placing a stake, your unit stake will be applied to each of the eleven bets. So if you wanted a 1$ Yankee, it will cost you 11$ in stake

Canadian Bet
A Canadian (also known as a Super Yankee) consists of 26 bets involving 5 selections in different events. The bet includes 10 doubles, 10 trebles, 5 fourfold plus an accumulator. A minimum of 2 of your selections must be successful to get a return.
Ante Post Bet
This is a bet placed some months, weeks or years before the events began.
Banker Bet
This is a selection, sometimes referred to as a sure bet, that is fancied very much to win. This forms the cornerstone of a multiple bet.
Both Teams to Score
It does not matter the time of scoring, whether a late goal equalizer or in the first few minutes of the game. It doesn’t matter how many, as long as they bag at least one each.
